The Commonwealth Cancer Association (CCA) is the local cancer support organization for the Northern Mariana Islands, replacing the American Cancer Society.
Established in 2003 under the umbrella of the CHC Volunteer Association, the CCA engages in cancer awareness and education, provides patient support and services and serves as the liaison for cancer matters in the Commonwealth and the region. CCA is a nonprofit, nongovernment organization managed by a 9-member board of directors who represent the diversity of the CNMI. CCA’s operational funding is fully supported by contributions from corporations, families and individuals.
With the continued support from the community, CCA strives to educate the populace on cancer prevention. Learn more about CCA activities on cancer awareness, education and hope.
